by Online Today, a German Web magazine, in terms of clarity,
speed, accuracy, and searching power. It stands out among 15 top
search engines. It can search one billion home pages per second.
On the average, it enjoys 500,000 hits a day from people all over
the world. Google was developed by two students of Stanford
University, Larry Page and Sergey Brim in their mid-twenties.
Larry Page said they developed the search engine to make it more
advanced and more available to people. So far, they have refused
to sell Google.com for money.
