苏芳淑

苏芳淑教授于美国哈佛大学获哲学博士学位,主修中国艺术史。其后于美国佛利尔美术馆工作,曾策划多个有关中国古代艺术的展览及参与多项相关研究。2001年起于本系任教,主要教授青铜器史、玉器史及艺术史学方法等专题。苏教授于2001至2008年为艺术系系主任,于2002至2011年兼任香港中文大学中国文化研究所所长,并于2013至2015年任中文大学文物馆馆长。现为艺术系兼任教授。

苏教授的研究范围主要集中在史前至青铜时代的艺术及考古、中国古代的文化与艺术交流。近年主持的研究项目主要关注美国收藏的中国古玉、香港的中国艺术收藏史、中国古代金器及文化与艺术交流。论文收录于多部重要论文集与出版物中。
