NG Kwun Lun Tony

Ng earned his Master of Fine Art from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in 2011.
He obtained a Diploma in Chinese ink painting from the Department of Extra-mural Studies of the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1986. Ng also teaches at various art institutions in
Hong Kong. He has received many awards, including the” Hong Kong Urban Council Fine Arts Award ”(Painting, Chinese Media, 1994) at the Contemporary Hong Kong Art Biennial Exhibition organized by the Hong Kong Museum of Art  and “The Special Award” (The 10th National Art Exhibition, 2004).
In recent years, Ng’s works have expanded to different media, from Ink Painting to installation, photography, public art, sculpture and “land art” on site. He has involved many local public art projects, designed and produced many public art pieces. His works have been collected by
The Hong Kong Heritage Museum, The Hong Kong Museum of Art, University Museum and
Art Gallery, The University of Hong Kong and private collectors. Currently he teaches at various educational institutions, including the School of Continuing Studies, SPACE, The University of Hong Kong and the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
