The Department of Fine Arts is pleased to announce the establishment of a new award – HART Award, with effect from 2021-22.
The award is established with a generous donation from the HART Hong Kong, a not-for-profit arts organization with a mission to foster collaboration and community value through a sustainable culture of creativity. The award aims to nurture and incubate local young talents and to provide a platform for innovation, inspiration and cross pollination among various entities in the industry. One recipient from the final-year students of B.A. in Fine Arts is selected for the Award based on technique, concept, originality, potentiality, and the degree in which the student’s artwork reflects the elements of art.
