Online Programme in Management Culture of Humanistic Buddhism

Facing problems in leadership and morality in modern enterprises, the value of traditional culture applied to the field of contemporary management has gradually caught the attention of management. To promote Buddhist education and implement the concept of Humanistic Buddhism, the Centre for Studies of Humanistic Buddhism of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Fo Guang Shan Institute of Humanistic Buddhism jointly organized the Online Programme in Management Culture of Humanistic Buddhism.

Master Hsing Yun pointed out: “In the courses offered by universities all over the world, ‘Enterprise Management’ is a popular subject. When it comes to management, Buddhism has a unique set of management science ages before.” The combination of Humanistic Buddhism and modern management philosophy meet the daily needs of modern people. All walks of life can learn from the ideological principles of Buddhism, so to promote the ethics of the company’s business and guide employees and customers obtain a stable and peaceful state of mind. In addition, by applying the Buddhism to the management of the company to shape the culture of the company is a new model and new trend of “self-conscious management”.
